The Amazing Textless Site

When I came across Christopher Coleman Interior Design, I just had to share it. It looks pretty good, I admit. It’s clean and simple, looks like a person with strong design skills created it, maybe even Christopher himself. But that’s where the beauty ends. If you look closely, there’s not one piece of text on the whole site. Everything consists of images! And indeed when I searched for “interior design brooklyn ny” (he’s located in Brooklyn, NY), his site is nowhere to be found, except for in the little GoogleMaps search result.
This just goes to show that sites that appear professionally designed can be horribly coded. And really, I’d hate to have to maintain that site. Same goes for Flash-based sites. They may look cool, but they aren’t that practical.
