SimpleView Gallery Fancy Pants Version

I’ve had some free time over spring break to whip this up. If you don’t know about my SimpleView Gallery concept, a php script searches for all the images in the folder it’s placed in and displays them in this neat looking slideshow gallery. The best part: No coding necessary! So if you’ve got a folder with a bunch of images already in it and you want to display them in a gallery, but you don’t want to hard-code them in a gallery script, just upload this to that folder and you’re done! Cool, eh? And even better, this Fancy Pants version uses Mootools!

I’ve re-released SimpleView Gallery! If you’re using the old version, please update.

Weird, but the images don’t show up in Safari. Tomorrow I’ll test it further in Firefox on the Mac, and then look at the code to see if there is a reason why it’s not working in Safari. But the buttons look pretty cool.

Darn it. I wish I had the ability to test on Safari. I posted it over at the mootools forum, but no one helped out.

I know it works in IE7, FF2, and Opera 9.

I would like a demo version of this script on the website. Is there any? I do not wish to download it and test run it before I can see a demo of it on the Internet…
